Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20

Baptism is not water only, But it is water used together with God’s Word and by God’s command.

What is Holy Baptism?

Jesus Christ is the foundation for a life of true love, joy, meaning, and fullness. Holy Baptism is the starting point of a life lived in relationship with God through Christ. In baptism God adopts you into a worldwide and eternal family. In baptism you are promised an inheritance from God. You become a valuable and important part of God’s caring community that promises to stand by you throughout your life.

Do You Desire To Be Baptized?

If you are considering holy baptism, or desiring holy baptism for yourself or your child(ren) please contact the McFarland Lutheran Church office at 608-838-3184.
