Holy Baptism is the starting point of a life lived in relationship with God through Christ. In baptism God adopts you into a worldwide and eternal family. The sacrament of Holy Communion is a means of grace from God to God’s people through which the crucified and risen Christ is present and active to forgive, to save, to unite, to give life, to comfort, and to strengthen for the work to which God calls God’s people in the world.
