Hello!

            Greetings from CLM and thank you for your interest in our programs. Please read the following information all of the way through to help answer any questions you may have. We are happy to be offering online registration for the 2025 Summer and 2025-2026 Fall Programs at CLM.  Online registration for all sessions will begin on February 12th at 7:00 PM for all public families. When we receive your registration (via online Google Form) and registration fee, you will be considered registered based on availability.

The registration fee is $40.00 for one program. If you are registering for more than one program or for more than one child, the fee is $60.00, with the maximum being $60.00 per family.  We ask that you pay either by check, cash or online at McFarland Lutheran Church.  (Click on the tab for Child Life Ministries and then Tuition Payments.) The registration fee can be mailed or brought in to CLM. We will have a box located inside the back double doors for fee deposit.

Classes will fill as we receive your online registration, which is the first step. You will receive a confirmation email from us within the following two weeks after you register. Please be sure and register for all of the programs and schedules you need.  If registering for more than one child, you will need to fill out the form for each child. Public enrollment will continue based on classes that are available.

If you are registering your child for Rainbow Center South, and your child will only be attending part time your child will need to attend Rainbow Center South on at least one of the days they will be attending preschool.

Registration will be in Google format and it is important that you read each portion of the form. We encourage you to look at the attached forms as soon as possible and contact us if you have any questions.

CLM has tuition assistance available for families who may need it or who have multiple children in programs at CLM.  Please contact Sara for more information.
